Robert A. Maheu, 21, of 82 Main St., Apt. 306, East Hampton, was involved in a one-car motor vehicle accident when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a utility pole. Maheu was arrested for driving under the influence and failure to carry insurance.

Keith Cummings, 21, of 34 Barton Hill Road, East Hampton, received a verbal warning for failure to obey a traffic control signal.

John E. McQuire, III, 33, of 64 West High St., Apt. 1, East Hampton, was arrested for driving under the influence.

March 16

Gino Comforte, 47, of 169 Mohawk Drive, Wallingford, was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.

March 17

Dawn Brennan, 46, of 2 Jodry St., Quaker Hill, and Peter J. Dumond, 52, of 56 Barton Hill Road, East Hampton, were arrested for disorderly conduct.

Todd Schmidt, 44, of 36 Wildwood Lane, East Hampton, and Jason Prince, 32, of 33 N. Main St., East Hampton, were involved in a two-car motor vehicle accident at Brewer Road and Mott Hill Road. Schmidt received a written warning for failure to drive right.

Thomas Alferi, 60, of 319 Amston Road, Colchester, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

Boguslaw Mamczynski, 35, of 444 Moodus Road, East Hampton, was arrested for failure to drive right, traveling unreasonably fast and operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

Meagan Bibisi, 20, of 17 Midwood Farm Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

Michael Yinan Lin, 23, of 106 Watch Hill Road, Branford, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

Kerry Schunk, 53, of 23 Mountain View Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for having an illegible plate.

David Marino, 49, of 54 Middlefield St., Middletown, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

Blake E. Szkoda, 18, of 52 N. Maple St., East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to obey a stop sign.

Troy S. Deleon, 44, of 5 Park Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to obey a stop sign.

Thomas W. Buden, 47, of 130 Mott Hill Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to follow at a reasonable distance apart.

Alex Niver, 27, of Riverdale Motel, Room 27, Portland, was arrested for third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.

David Frank, 48, of 311 Main St., Portland, was arrested for sixth-degree larceny and fraudulent use of an ATM.

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

Thomas Ford III, 21, of 15 Quarry Hill Road, East Hampton, was arrested by the State Police, Troop K, in Moodus and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, operating a motor vehicle with a headlight out, failure to drive upon the right and possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana.
