East Hampton Arrests
The following arrest information was supplied by local police departments. It does not indicate a conviction.

July 17
Emma Lawton, 18, of 25 Apple Lane, Colchester, and Ralph Gross, 71, of 1100 S. Belcher Road, Largo, Fla., were involved in a two-car motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Route 16 and Comstock Bridge Road. Lawton was issued a written warning for failure to obey a stop sign.
July 19

Kurtis Strout, 25, of 13 Navajo Trail, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for failure to renew his registration.
Scott Duba, 46, of 73 Chestnut Hill Road, East Hampton, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

July 20
John Russell Forbes, 25, of 205 W. High St., East Hampton, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Melanie Stackowicz, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving, failure to carry insurance and disobeying the signal of an officer.
Jessica Jene Clark, 24, of 3219 Brigham Tavern Road, Coventry, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Tatjana Parrish, 20, of 814 Little City Circle, Higganum, was issued a written warning for operating a motor vehicle without taillights.
July 24
Paul A. White, 26, of 4A Bellevue St., East Hampton, was charaged with violating probation.
July 25
Christian Zurita, 39, of 155 Westerly Terrace, Colchester, was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.
Richard Haczynski, 42, of 171 Burgundy Hill Lane, Middletown, was issued a written warning for having an improper muffler.
July 26
Gerhard E. Eiman, 48, and Heather Duguay, 25, both of 116 Middletown Ave., East Hampton, were arrested. Eiman was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. Duguay was issued a summons for disorderly conduct.
Mark Adams, 18, of 174C Marlborough Road, Portland, was issued a ticket for possession of drug paraphernalia.
