July 19
Jay Kluntz, 50, of 178 Rising Trail Drive, Middletown, was issued a summons for operating a mother vehicle with a suspended license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and for failing to comply with Connecticut emissions.

July 22
Marilyn Bertotti, 79, of 185 Green Hill Road, Cheshire, and Emanuel Daoud, 55, of 9 Overlook Road, Portland, were involved in a two-car motor vehicle accident on Route 16. Bertotti was issued a written warning for following too closely.

July 26
Ralph D. Strong Jr., 64, of 83 Mott Hill Road, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for failure to obey a stop sign.
Michael Loffredo, 18, of 2 Namonee Trail, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for failure to drive right, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
July 27
William Shane Landry, 36, of no certain address, was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.
July 29
James Marino, 45, of 29 Penny Corner Road, Portland, was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.
Chad Danchunk, 26, of 16 South Road, Ellington, was issued a written warning for making a restricted left turn.
Colton Reilly, 18, of 41 Lake Blvd., East Hampton, was issued a ticket for creating a public disturbance.
July 30
Chrissandra Michaud, 43, of 28 Barbara Ave., East Hampton, was issued a ticket for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
