June 23

Melissa Fasciani, 22, of 238 Oak St., Manchester, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

July 2

Patricia Romero, 49, of 31 Hurd Park Road, East Hampton, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence.

Douglas Russell, 68, of 1 Brush Pasture Lane, Portland, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to obey a traffic signal.

July 4

Matthew Pierni, 21, of 36 Airline Ave., Portland, was arested and charged with breach of peace and four counts of second-degree criminal mischief.

July 7

Jonathan Clark, 22, of 75 E. Main St., Portland, was arrested and charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Kyle Lapidus, 19, of 8 Arvid Road, Portland, was arrested and charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

July 23

Marlene Tyson, 56, of 72 Pinetree Drive, East Haddam, was arrested and charged with fifth-degree larceny.

Leroy Tyson, 59, of 72 Pinetree Drive, was arrested and charged with fifth-degree larceny.
