William Choma, 57, of 20 Namonee Trail, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for creating a public disturbance.

James Lester, 79, of 33 Edgerton St., East Hampton, and Jessica Malaro, 20, of 7 Old Clark Hill Road, East Hampton, were involved in a two-car motor vehicle accident in the area of 10 Summit St. Lester was issued a written warning for failure to grant the right of way.

Feb. 3

Shelby Meinvale, 19, of 75 Spellman’s Point Road, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for operating an unregistered motor vehicle and having a broken tail lamp.

Feb. 4

Beatrice Tomasi, 23, of 64 West High St., East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

Feb. 7

Coalton Durgan, 76, of 82 Gadpouch Road, Cobalt, was issued a written warning for failure to have tail lamps.

Eric M. Valad, 22, of 7 Sears Place, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling too fast.

Dennis P. Donovan, 48, of 162 Wall St., Hebron, was issued a written warning for failure to follow at a reasonable distance apart.

Charles W. Curtis, 27, of 17 South Main St., East Hampton, was arrested for second-degree failure to appear.

Ashley Serra, 22, of 50 High St., Portland, was arrested for possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana.

Feb. 11

Robert McLellan, 29, of 63 Freestone Ave., Portland, was arrested for driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Feb. 6

Laureen Sheehan, 58, of Hem Street, East Haddam, and Nicole Messier, 21, of Maple Street, East Hampton, were involved in a minor two-car accident on Route 16 in Colchester.

Feb. 9

Sean A. Patterson, 21, of Main Street, Portland, was picked up by Old Saybrook Police on three outstanding Middletown arrest warrants for first-degree criminal mischief.
