Updated: Three Arrested for Spray Painting Center School Windows
Painted were anarchy-type symbols as well as intimidating and biased-based phrases.

The East Hampton Police responded to a report on Sunday of three masked individuals vandalizing the East Hampton Center School.

According to police, responding officers Hardie Burgin and John Wilson arrived at the school and found approximately 25 windows and doors spray painted with anarchy-type symbols as well as intimidating and biased based phrases.
Upon further investigation the officers apprehended Scott Jackson, 19, of East Hampton, James Kozikowski, 19, of East Hampton, and Brennen Gibbons, 19, of no known address.

They were each charged with first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree criminal trespass and intimidation based on bigotry/bias, police said in a press release.
None of these individuals were able to post their $5,000 surety bond.
