July 12

Edward L. Hook, 61, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening/physical threat and disorderly conduct.

Steven Giovanni Colon, 31, of West Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening/physical threat, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree and disorderly conduct.

Joel S. Deleon Valentin, 46, of New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.

Elija Antonio Black, 19, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree burglary, criminal attempt motor vehicle larceny and interfering with an officer.

July 13

Joel S. Deleon Valentin, 46, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Carlos Rivadeneira-Jaramillo, 52, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

July 15

Agustin G. Zurita Baigorria, 25, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

July 17

Chloe Allison Cafrelli, 35, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Christina Parise, 34, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening/physical threat and disorderly conduct.

Jaclyn M. Torres, 36, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child and second-degree breach of peace.

Ivan A. Torres, 33, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child and second-degree breach of peace.

July 18

Jonathan Mrowka, 36, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of a controlled substance, and use of drug paraphernalia.

Victor Coquis-Nolte, 42, of Bridgeport, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and criminal attempt sixth-degree larceny.
