Steven Mark Proto, 42, of East Haven, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Eileen Megan Frawley, 33, of Branford, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
June 24
Anthony Ferraro, 48, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass, possession of a controlled substance, third offense, and use of drug paraphernalia.
June 26
Candace Christine Rispoli, 36, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Stephen Beedle, 49, of no address listed, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
Wayne Matthews, 55, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.
Jennifer Lynn Vallombroso, 46, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Thomas Andrew Matthews, 61, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.
Tania Shepard, 21, of New Haven, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and second-degree failure to appear in court.
