Osborn Correctional Institution Employee Arrested
Emily McIntosh is suspected of giving a Somers inmate a cellphone.

A 32-year-old Vernon woman is under arrest after police say she gave an inmate a cellphone, reports NBC Connecticut.
Emily McIntosh, an employee at Osborn Correctional Institution in Somers, is believed to have given inmate Anthony Hall a phone.
After an investigation, arrest warrants were issued for both Hall and McIntosh.

McIntosh was charged with unauthorized conveyance of a wireless communication device into a prison and conspiracy to commit the crime.
According to the Department of Correction website, Hall is serving time for first-degree manslaughter.
