The 64-year-old woman had been reported missing Nov. 1 after walking away from the Olive Garden restaurant in Enfield, police said.

SUFFIELD, CT — A body discovered Friday afternoon in a canal adjacent to the Connecticut River has been positively identified as that of a 64-year-old woman from Suffield who had been missing since early November.
A person walking on the Windsor Locks Canal trail spotted the body around 2:30 p.m. Friday. Police and emergency personnel from Suffield, Enfield and Windsor Locks responded to the scene, about a mile and a half south of the Enfield-Suffield Veterans Bridge, which connects those two towns.
The office of the Chief Medical Examiner used dental records to confirm the body as that of Ondine Frohberg, who was reported missing after vanishing from the Olive Garden restaurant on Route 190 in Enfield around 1:25 p.m. on Nov. 1.
