Enfield Has Champion at Class LL Indoor Track Meet
The CIAC indoor track and field championships were conducted Thursday through Saturday at the Floyd Little Athletic Center in New Haven.
NEW HAVEN, CT — Joel Stewart of Enfield High School blazed through 55 meters in 6.54 seconds to capture first place at the CIAC Class LL boys indoor track and field championships at the Floyd Little Athletic Center.
Stewart's time was the fastest among the four class champions in the event.
Chambrelle Williams of PSA Civic Leadership High School in Enfield took third in the 55 meters at the Class S meet.

The championships were held Thursday through Saturday: Class L on Thursday, Class M on Friday and Classes LL and S on Saturday. Click the class headers for complete results.
The State Open will also take place at the Floyd Little Athletic Center on Saturday, Feb. 17.
