Enfield Maintains Top 10 Spot In Girls Hoop Poll

The Eagles are riding an eight-game winning streak into the regular season finale.

ENFIELD, CT — Two more victories last week extended the Enfield High School girls basketball team's winning streak to eight, and solidified its spot in the statewide top 10 poll of coaches and media members.

The Eagles (16-3) conclude their regular season schedule Monday night at RHAM in a highly-anticipated rematch of their Jan. 19 encounter, during which Enfield dealt the Sachems their only loss of the season.

New London (20-0) took over the top spot in the most recent balloting.
