Enfield Repeats as Top Team in Field Hockey Poll

For the second straight week, the unblemished Eagles sit atop the high school coaches poll.

For the second straight week, Enfield High School led the field as top vote-getter in the latest Connecticut field hockey coaches poll, collecting five of seven first-place ballots.

The Eagles (12-0) are the lone remaining undefeated, untied team in the state, and boast an amazing scoring margin of 61-1 over their opponents.

Greenwich (13-2) placed second in the most recent balloting, garnering two top votes.

  4. Norwalk (13-2)

  9. Granby Memorial (12-1)
  10. South Windsor (10-1-1)

Also receiving votes: Glastonbury (10-2-0-1), Immaculate (13-1-1-1), Staples (10-2).
