Chip City Cookies Opens In Fairfield; Darien & West Hartford Up Next
The Fairfield shop is located on the Post Road, in a site that formerly held a T-Mobile store.

FAIRFIELD, CT — Chip City Cookies, a chain of cookie shops with sites in several East Coast states, recently opened its first Connecticut location at 1125 Post Road in Fairfield.
The store, which specializes in a variety of cookies with chips, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the site on Friday, which previously housed a T-Mobile store.
"We have 31 classic flavors that rotate every week," the shop's website reads. "All the flavors were handcrafted and created to be as ooey and gooey as possible to satisfy your tastebuds."

"We’re thrilled to welcome Chip City to Fairfield for their first location in Connecticut," Barnhart told Patch. "If the first day—where they had a line out the door in the middle of a monsoon—is any indication, they will do very well here."
When announcing last spring that Fairfield would be home to the chain's first Connecticut shop, Chip City Cookies also said that it was planning a second Connecticut location in Darien.
This week, the chain also said it would add a West Hartford location in 2024, reported the Darien Times.
