Fairfield Man Files $25 Million Lawsuit Against St. Vincent's in Sexual Assault Case
A former nursing assistant has confessed to sexually assaulting patients over a three-year period.

A Fairfield man has filed a $25 million lawsuit against St. Vincent’s Medical Center, claiming that the hospital was negligent and put vulnerable patients at risk when he was sexually assaulted by a nursing assistant, according to the Connecticut Post.
The Post reports that the Fairfield man contacted police to report the assault and the hospital then fired the nursing assistant, Gonzalo Flores, last July. Flores, who began working at the hospital in 2011, has confessed that he fondled and sodomized patients during his three years at St. Vincent’s, according to the Post.
Flores has been charged with sexually assaulting three men in 2013 and 2014, according to the Post.
