Oscar Herredia-Novas, 27, of 832 Broad St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 9:01 a.m.
Angie G. Lys, 21, of 43 Caya Ave., West Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 11:20 a.m.
Thomas Derosa, 42, of 14 Two Mile Rd., Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Two Mile Rd., 10:58 p.m.
