Glastonbury is currently in code orange, which is a couple of notches below the red zone. During the past two weeks, Glastonbury has reported 72 coronavirus cases. Of the nearly 34,500 Glastonbury residents, more than 73 percent are fully vaccinated and more than 77 percent have had at least one shot of the vaccine. Bring your pup out to this fun dog swim! 2 swim waves will be held: 4:30-5:30 p.m. and 5:45-6:45 p.m. Cost is $10/Dog. Pre-registration is required at Glastonbury Parks, Recreation & Senior Services: Doggy Paddle (myrec.com) Dogs must be licensed and up to date on all shots. No aggressive dogs, please. Dogs must remain off-leash in the swim area and humans are not allowed in the pool. Please bring your own labeled tennis ball (if you would like to use one).
