• Granby Police Plan Training At Former Kearns School (patch.com) — Granby residents are being notified about a police training exercise at the former Kearns School on Wednesday, Oct. 7, where officers will be on site from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Police emphasize there is no emergency or threat to the public, but neighbors and motorists around 5 Canton Road should expect a noticeable increase in officers and activity during the training. The exercise is designed to better prepare Granby officers for a range of potential situations.
