2. 2 Juveniles Arrested After Stolen Vehicle Crashes During Pursuit: Greenwich Police (patch.com) — An overnight police pursuit in north Greenwich ended with a stolen Honda crashing into a utility pole and two juveniles taken into custody after a search using drones and K-9 units. Greenwich police say the Honda was stolen from Bethel, linked it to another theft in Newtown, and are urging local residents to lock vehicles and remove keys to deter similar crimes.

Several Business Cited In Alcohol, Tobacco Compliance Checks: Greenwich Police (patch.com) — Greenwich police recently cited several East Putnam Avenue gas stations and a vape shop after surprise checks found violations of laws barring tobacco and alcohol sales to people under 21. Officers, working with the Greenwich Together Prevention Council, say these inspections aim to curb youth access and are reminding all local retailers to carefully verify customer IDs.
