Groton Police Arrest Third Suspect in Groton Shooting Outside 99 Restaurant

A third arrest has been made in connection to a shooting that occurred earlier this month outside a Groton 99 Restaurant.

GROTON, CT – Police have charged a third suspect in connection to a shooting that took place in front of a 99 Restaurant earlier this month, Fox 61 reported.

Timothy B. McKoy, 18, of New London has been arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, accessory to robbery and accessory to assault, according to Fox 61. The suspect was already incarcerated for an unrelated crime and charged while appearing in court.

The incident occurred on Oct. 2 in the parking lot for the 99 Restaurant and Pub on Long Hill Road. Police have already arrested two suspects in connection to the shooting.
