Paul Caiafa, CPA, launches CPA Tax Solutions LLC, a Certified Public Accounting firm dedicated to providing a broad range of tax and accounting services with an office at 375 Mather St., Hamden.  Joining Caiafa in the Firm is Anthony F. Lucci CPA, and six full and part-time professional and administrative staff.
