Burglar Stole Electronics, Video Games: Hamden Police

Police say the suspect stole several items during a recent home burglary.

HAMDEN, CT — A Hamden man has been charged with stealing electronic equipment and video games during a home burglary in June. Hamden Police responded to the report of a burglary at a Warner Street residence on June 19, according to Capt. Ronald Smith.

Smith said investigation revealed that entry was gained through an exterior, ground-level window, and several items were stolen, including electronic equipment and video games. (To sign up for Hamden breaking news alerts and more, click here.)

Detective Joseph Liguori conducted an investigation that led to the application of an arrest warrant for Rasheen Foster.

Foster, 20, of Cherry Ann Street, was arrested June 30 on charges of third-degree burglary and fourth-degree larceny. He was detained at police headquarters on a $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Meriden Superior Court on July 14.
