A scratch-off ticket worth $20,000 was sold at a store in Hamden.
HAMDEN, CT — A New Haven resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Hamden last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On November 6, Reva Goggins, of New Haven, purchased a 20x Cash 5th Edition ticket from the Hamden Variety Store and won $20,000.
