Hamden Mayor Urges Residents To Attend Budget Presentation

HAMDEN, CT — Hamden Mayor Curt Balzano Leng will present his proposed 2018-2019 Town Budget to the Hamden Legislative Council on Thursday, March 15 at 7 p.m. in the Legislative Council Chambers at Memorial Town Hall, located at 2900 Dixwell Avenue. This will be a formal meeting of the Legislative Council and open to the public.

“I look forward to delivering my proposal to the Hamden Legislative Council, and I am hopeful that members of the public will attend and learn more about Hamden’s budget process,” Leng said in a press release. “We are faced with tough decisions in this upcoming fiscal year. Only by working together, will we be able to tackle these financial obstacles and protect our most essential services. I look forward to sharing these early recommendations with the Council and our residents, and to continue working with all throughout the budget process.”
