Hamden Police Blotter: April 15 Through April 22, 2020

HAMDEN, CT — The following information has been provided by the Hamden Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Dale Williams, 40, of Newton Street, Hamden, was arrested April 15 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 4, according to state judicial records.

Mark S. Welz, 58, of Plains Road, Hamden, was arrested April 16 on three counts of violation of protective order and one count each of cruelty to animals, disorderly conduct and interfering with officer/resisting. He is being held on a $75,000 bond with a court date of June 24, according to state judicial records.

Lamonica Y. Turner, 45, of Warner Street, was arrested April 19 on a charge of risk of injury to child. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of June 18.

Christopher Joy, 35, of Howard Avenue, New Haven, was arrested April 20 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 8.

Sade Billie, 33, of Goodrich Street, Hamden, was arrested April 22 on a charge of first-degree failure to appear. She was held in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
