Hamden Woman Stole Vacuum Cleaner From Milford Store: Police

MILFORD, CT — A Hamden woman is accused of stealing a vacuum cleaner from a store in Milford, police said. On March 21, police took custody of Crystal Boothroyd, 32, of Goodrich Street in regard to an active arrest warrant, police said.

She is accused of taking a vacuum cleaner valued at $94 from Walmart, 1365 Boston Post Road on August 4, 2017 without paying, police said.

She is charged with sixth-degree larceny and released on a promise to appear in court on April 17.
