Have You Seen This Car? Hamden Police Are Searching For The Driver

BREAKING: Police released photos of a vehicle and said the driver is accused of a recent indecent exposure incident.

HAMDEN, CT — Hamden police are asking the public for assistance in solving an indecent exposure case where the suspect is accused of exposing himself to a young girl after purchasing rocks, police said.

On Wednesday officers released surveillance photos of the suspect's car. Police said on July 18 members of the Hamden Police Department Major Crimes Unit and Special Victims Unit continued their investigation regarding the indecent exposure incident that occurred on July 15 on Maher Avenue.

Detectives learned that a witness observed the motor vehicle, which is described as a silver 2-door Honda Accord, parked near the entrance of Legion Field, moments prior to the incident, police said. Detectives were able to obtain security camera footage of the vehicle, police said.

The operator of the vehicle is described as a white male, late 30’s, heavy build, bald, goatee, who was wearing round-framed glasses, police said.
