Kitchen Fire Extinguished In Hamden

HAMDEN, CT — Firefighters extinguished a kitchen fire at an apartment complex in Hamden on Monday night, according to fire officials.

Officials say the small kitchen fire occurred on the second floor at 680 Mix Ave. in the Broadmoor complex.

“Smoke condition ventilated, no injuries reported,” officials wrote in a post on Twitter. “No residents are displaced.”
