Man Buys Own Speed Trailer To Curb Speeding In Hamden
In an attempt to curb speeding in his neighborhood, a Hamden man took matters into his own hands and bought a $450 speed trailer.
HAMDEN, CT — In an attempt to curb speeding in his neighborhood, a Hamden man has taken matters into his own hands by purchasing a speed trailer and parking it in his front yard, according to WTNH News 8.
WTNH reports the man, who didn’t want to be identified, spent $450 to buy the speed trailer after saying speeding along the 800 block of West Woods has gotten out of control and he wasn’t getting a response from town officials.
One driver was clocked at 70 mph in the 25-mph zone, according to WTNH.
