Man Stole Jewelry, Electronics In Multiple Home Burglaries: Hamden Police
The suspect was arrested on a warrant following an extensive investigation, according to police.

HAMDEN, CT — A Seymour man has been charged in connection to multiple burglaries that occurred in Hamden more than two years ago in which jewelry and electronics were stolen, according to police.
On March 27, 2015, Hamden Police responded to burglaries that occurred on Johnson Road and Eramo Terrace, according to Capt. Ronald Smith. A few days later, on April 2, Hamden Police responded to a third forcible burglary on Gaylord Mountain Road. (To sign up for Hamden breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
Smith said investigation revealed that entry was gained through a rear slider, mud room and window. Several items were stolen during the burglaries, including jewelry and electronic equipment, according to Smith.

Detective Joseph Liguori conducted an extensive investigation which led to three arrest warrants for David Connelly, Smith said.
Connelly was arrested at Meriden Superior Court on June 1.

Connelly, 26, of Pearl Street in Seymour, was charged with three counts of third-degree burglary, three counts of criminal mischief and one count each of third-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny. He was arraigned later in the day, according to police.
