Obituary: Beatrice Carnicelli DeMico, 83, of Hamden

Beatrice Carnicelli DeMico, 83, of Hamden, passed away in Yale New Haven Hospital on March 12, 2018. Wife of the late Gino DeMico. Loving mother of Marcello DeMico (Kim) and Gino DeMico (Christina) both of Hamden. Also survived by her 3 cherished grandchildren Marcello, Gino and Ryan DeMico, a brother in law Luciano DeMico, a sister in law Maryann DeMico, a niece Gina DeMico and a nephew Nicholas DeMico.

Beatrice was born in Morricone, Italy, May 8, 1934 daughter of the late Marcello and Adele Tonelli Carnicelli. Mrs. DeMico traveled the world extensively and was known for her culinary excellence. She had an unconditional love for her family especially her grandchildren.

Her funeral will leave Sisk Brothers Funeral Home 3105 Whitney Ave. Hamden on Friday at 10:30 a.m., Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. Entombment will follow in All Saints Mausoleum. The family will receive friends Friday 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers contributions to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation 20 Batterson Park Rd. #302, Farmington, CT. 06032.
