Obituary: Patricia A. Riordan, 84, of Hamden

Patricia A. Riordan, 84, of Hamden, passed away June 19 in New Haven. Beloved sister of Rita Johnson of Hamden. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a sister Mary Cummings and a brother Joseph Riordan. Patricia was born in New Haven February 10, 1933 daughter of the late Patrick and Mary (O'Connor) Riordan. Prior to her retirement she had worked in member services of Blue Cross, Blue Shield.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. in Blessed Sacrament Church. Friends are asked to go directly to church. Burial will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery. Calling hours will be Friday from 4 - 7 p.m. in Sisk Brothers Funeral Home 3105 Whitney Ave. Hamden. In lieu of flowers contributions to a charity of one's choice.
