Quinnipiac Student Sexually Assaulted: Hamden Police
The victim told police she was sexually assaulted after accepting a ride from two men while she was walking in Hamden.
HAMDEN, CT — Police are investigating the sexual assault of a Quinnipiac University student after the victim accepted a ride from two men while she was walking in Hamden. The victim reported to police on Monday (Nov. 11) that she was sexually assaulted two days earlier in Hamden.
The victim told police that on Saturday (Nov. 9) she was walking near the intersection of Mount Carmel Avenue and New Road when two men in a car offered her a ride, according to Capt. Ronald Smith. They were described as white males in their mid-20s and were inside of a blue, older model four-door sedan.
The victim told police that she was sexually assaulted after she entered the car.
