Special Voter Registration Session Announced For Hamden Democrats
The Registrars of Voters announce a special registration session to enroll Democrats wishing to vote in the Democratic Primary.
HAMDEN, CT -- The Hamden Registrars of Voters announce that a special voter registration session will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 29, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. to enroll Democrats who wish to vote in the Democratic Primary for district candidates in Districts 2,3 and 5 on Tuesday, Sept. 12.
The Registrars Office is located in Government Center, 2750 Dixwell Avenue and is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The deadline for mail-in applications for the primary is Sept. 7 and the deadline for in-person registration is 12 noon on Monday, Sept. 11.
The primary will be held in Districts 2, 3, and 5 The polling places are HCLC , the Keefe Community Center and the BOE Building. Only registered Democrats in these districts are eligible to vote. Post cards from the Registrars of Voters Office will be mailed to each voter.
