Teen, 16, Reported Missing From Hamden
A Silver Alert has been issued for the missing 16-year-old.
HAMDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Chamar Kelley, 16, who was reported missing from Hamden on Friday, July 14. Kelley is an endangered runaway, according to police.

He was last seen wearing a white tank top, black jeans, a black sweatshirt and a green backpack.
