"For the past three and a half years, we’ve been greeting your kind and warm faces on a weekly basis so this note is not an easy one to post. As of Thursday, March 12th, we closed our tasting room to the public as a reaction to the impending threat of COVID-19.
"Also, seeing the bulk of our distribution pipeline shut down, we realized with this perfect storm we could not afford to stay operational given our cost structure. While we would’ve preferred to go out with a banging party, the virus ended that hope and we opted for the measured response. Hanging Hills Brewing will cease to exist at our beloved Ledyard Street location but we are working to keep the brand alive through other breweries or creative solutions.
