• Madison P&Z Approves Downtown, Sidewalk Projects And 4-Unit Apartment Building (patch.com) — Madison's Planning and Zoning Commission just approved a four-unit apartment building on Durham Road and advanced major downtown streetscape and sidewalk upgrades along Boston Post Road and West Wharf Road. Residents weighed in on tree removal, historic character, pedestrian safety, and access to Tuxis Pond, while hearings on a Mill Road cluster housing proposal and a Bailey Creek bridge replacement were pushed to September.
