• Madison Police Remind Residents Of Golf Cart Ban On Town Roads (patch.com) — Madison police are reminding residents that golf carts and other low-speed vehicles are not allowed on town roads, even where state law might otherwise permit them. Local traffic authorities and the Board of Police Commissioners have exercised their power under Connecticut statutes to fully prohibit these vehicles in Madison to help keep roadways safe.
   

• Forward Reilly Connors Returns for 2026-27 Season (oursportscentral.com) — A Madison native is heading into another season of pro hockey, as forward Reilly Connors has re-signed with the Colorado Eagles of the AHL. The former Yale and St. Lawrence standout, who captained Yale in 2023-24, split last year between Colorado and the Utah Grizzlies and now secures a two-way deal for 2026-27.
