Manchester Woman Wins $1 Million in Powerball

Daniella Maury of Manchester is Connecticut’s newest $1,000,000 Powerball® prize winner!

The winning numbers drawn on Nov. 18, 2015 were 17-40-41-46-69 and the Powerball number was 6. The first five “Quick Pick” numbers on Maury’s Powerball ticket were a perfect match, but she missed the Powerball number.

In total, 7,465 winning Powerball tickets were sold statewide for that date, with prizes ranging from $4 to $1,000,000.

“We are just so excited,” said Emmanuel “Manny” Datta, owner of 7-Eleven Store #15123A at 903 Hartford Turnpike in Vernon,who sold the $1,000,000 prize winning ticket. “We’ve had a lot of top prize winners over the years, but this is the biggest one yet. We hope that [Maury] is very happy and wish all our lottery customers ‘good luck’ when playing at our store.”

For selling the $1,000,000 Powerball prize winning ticket, 7-Eleven #15123A will receive a $2,500 check from the CT Lottery.
