• Middlebury Conservation Commission Approves Southford Road Industrial Project (patch.com) — Middlebury's Conservation Commission has unanimously approved a three-building light industrial project at 927 Southford Road, with strict conditions to protect drainage, erosion control, and nearby wetlands. Commissioners also delayed a decision on access and parking upgrades at Sperry Pond along Straits Turnpike until the applicant appears to address safety and environmental questions.
