Building, Vehicle Struck By Bullets In Middletown: Police
Police are investigating a shooting that happened over the weekend.
MIDDLETOWN, CT — A building and an unoccupied vehicle were struck by gunfire Sunday morning in Middletown, according to police.
Police responded to the area of 175 South Main Street around 9:20 a.m. on Dec. 4 on the report of gunshots.
“Responding officers were able to confirm that a shooting incident occurred but all parties left prior to their arrival so there was no active threat to the public,” police wrote in a news release.

Police determined that one building, 175 South Main Street, and one unoccupied vehicle in the area had been struck by gunfire, according to officials.
There were no reported injuries and police are continuing to investigation, officials said.
