Frontier To Host Military Job Fair At Mohegan Sun
Veterans invited to learn more about job opportunities at Frontier and to apply for sales and service positions in Connecticut

Frontier Communications today announced it will be hosting a job fair for military veterans at Mohegan Sun. The event will be held on Sunday, July 10 from 12 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Mohegan Sun’s “Spring Gateway,” located just outside the arena box office.
Representatives from Frontier will be on-hand to meet with veterans interested in applying for one of many open positions in Connecticut, including sales and service customer field technicians, and call center representatives and supervisors. Interested candidates should bring a current resume and be prepared to speak with recruiting professionals in-person at the event. If you are not able to attend the job fair or would like to learn more about Frontier openings prior to the fair, please visit www.frontier.com/careers.
“We are delighted to be able to offer our country’s veterans the opportunity to explore new and exciting career opportunities with Frontier; we are proud to have 13 percent of our national workforce consist of veterans, reservists and their family members and look forward to working with even more of these qualified men and women in the future, right here in Connecticut,” said Zach Tomblin, Frontier’s Area General Manager for its Eastern Connecticut Region.

Frontier Communications has been a working sponsor at Mohegan Sun since last summer; they are also a Marquis Sponsor of the Connecticut Sun WNBA basketball team, who will be honoring veterans during their military appreciation game against the Atlanta Dream on July 10 at 1:00. Frontier will also be participating in an “Honor and Remember” ceremony during that game and will be presenting a flag to the family of a fallen Connecticut serviceperson.
“Frontier is proud to support our veterans and their families; we believe these men and women bring a very special skillset to our company and we are thrilled to participate in events like the Mohegan Sun job fair and Honor & Remember ceremonies to recognize all the hard work they have done for our country,” said Gregg Barratt, AVP of Veterans Affairs at Frontier.
