Health Talks

Hospital offers talks on lifestyle and wellness

The Middlesex Hospital Center for Chronic Care Management will offer two upcoming health talks. The talks will be held on Wednesdays, from 6 to 7 p.m., in the conference room of the offices of Middlesex Hospital Homecare, 770 Saybrook Road, Building A, Upper Level.

On October 26, Nancy Lisee, staff counselor for CHOICES at the Area Agency on Aging, CT Department of Social Services, will discuss “Understanding Medicare.”

On November 30, certified diabetes educators, Sue Cawley, RN, CDE and Kit McKinnon, RN, CDE, of the Middlesex Hospital Center for Chronic Care Management, will discuss “Diabetes Basics Using Conversation Maps.”
