Join us for Healthy Kids Day this Saturday!
Join us at Camp Ingersoll on April 30th for a free day of fun for the whole family!
Join the Middlesex YMCA at YMCA Camp Ingersoll on April 30th from 11am-3pm to help celebrate our national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids with this fun, family-friendly event that will help children become active and learn about healthy choices and habits. Admission is free to all. A $5 donation is recommended to support a former camper and counselor with medical issues.
Play games, grab a healthy snack, and get moving! There will be raffles & giveaways, including a free session of Camp Ingersoll!
We’ll have a number of events and activities including:
Archery
High ropes
Boating
Fishing
Family fitness classes
Family Yoga
Dance classes
Martial arts
Tennis
Youth music & movement classes
