Life After Loss

Presentation to focus on ways to rebuild your life after losing a loved one, while honoring their memory

The Middlesex Hospital Cancer Center and Hospice & Palliative Care program are sponsoring a presentation, “Rebuilding Your Life After Loss.” The presentation will take place on Wednesday, May 18, 2016, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., at the Middlesex Hospital Outpatient Center, Second Floor Conference Center, 534 Saybrook Road, Middletown.

Guest speaker will be Dr. Joanne Z. Moore, PT, DHSc, OCS, editor and founder of Pathfinder: A Companion Guide for the Widow/er’s Journey. Dr. Moore will share her unique perspective on how to not only survive loss, but also handle the small things that frequently overwhelm you as a result.

The presentation can help you start taking the next steps to rebuilding your life after your loss; learn positive ways to honor your loved one; and meet others who are in similar circumstances.
