Meditation Sunday: Open to All

10 a.m. Middletown, at the most spectacular venue in Connecticut

All are welcomed at 10 a.m. on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month, at 343 Washington Terrace, in Middletown, to this simple and revitalizing ancient practice. Come and directly engage in sitting, walking, bowing, and voice meditation, in an atmosphere of noble silence with Dharma Teacher Senpai Lewis-Bastias or one of his Associate Teachers.

This Sunday morning meditation practice is strictly devoted in cultivating the mind and presence without any lecturing or discussion. You may practice any form of silent sitting meditation you feel comfortable with such as zazen, vipassana or shikantaza. Meditation cushions and chairs are available; however you can bring your cushion if you wish. Wear causal but nice and comfortable clothing.
