Middletown Police Arrest Babysitter Who Allegedly Left Toddler on Sidewalk
The alleged incident took place on Wednesday, Oct. 29, on Warwick Street.
When police arrived on Warwick Street in Middletown around noontime Wednesday, Oct. 29, they found a 2-year-old alone on a sidewalk, the Middletown Press reported.
According to WTNH, someone stopped and called police when they saw the child walking alone.
Oak Street resident Birana Leonetti was reportedly watching the 2-year-old and her two-month-old baby. Leonetti was arrested on a risk of injury to a child charge.
