Midsummer Mindfulness Retreat

Be calm and meditate with Dharma Teacher Jitsuro on July 17, 2016. Registration ends on July 13th.

The 14th annual One-Day Mindfulness Retreat will take place at the beautiful Dae Yen Sa Temple in New Hartford, Connecticut on July 17, 2016 with Jitsuro. The theme is This Present Moment where life is truly lived. Practice the art of calming the mind so you can open your heart to true peace and gratitude. Beginners to the most advanced are welcomed. Basic instruction will be given to beginners. Our retreat includes: sitting meditation walking meditation, voice meditation, noble silence, discussions, and a delicious Korean vegetarian lunch.

Registration ends July 13, 2016 (limited enrollment)

Retreat Time: From 9 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

No prerequisites: For beginner to the most experienced

Cost: $60 for non-member, $40 for BFF of CT members

Open to the public: For non-members, non-buddhists, members and buddhists
