Here's when and what to know (newstimes.com) — Property owners in Middletown should brace for a full revaluation in 2027, with new assessment notices expected in November 2027 and tax changes kicking in July 2028. City leaders have hired a valuation firm and may again adjust the mill rate to soften any tax jumps, as home values and sale prices continue to climb locally and across Connecticut.
