WCHOUT: Middletown Pizza Delivery Driver Arrested Following Two Accidents
The driver's plate registration is "WCHOUT," according to police. He was charged with evading an accident scene.

A Middletown pizza delivery driver was arrested after he allegedly sideswiped a vehicle, fled the scene and then crashed into another vehicle.
James Colella, 43, was driving in his Toyota Corolla with Connecticut plate “WCHOUT” on Feb. 22 on Sisk Street when his driver’s side mirror struck the open door of another vehicle, according to police.
The door closed on the victim, who was reaching into the backseat of his vehicle.

Colella then allegedly didn’t stop, blew through a stop sign and struck a Jeep Wrangler at the intersection of Ballfall Road and Sisk Street.
Colella allegedly told police he panicked.
